Ingredients
• 500 g minced meat - seasoned and mixed with 1tbs rice
• 1 onion
• 2 carrots
• 3 potatoes
• parsley
• savory
• 1 tsp. flour for rolling the meatballs
For the mixture
• 2 pcs. eggs
• 200 g of yogurt
Instructions
In 2 liters of boiling water put diced carrots and potatoes, and onions - finely chopped. Add salt to taste and simmer over low heat.
Season your meat and add the rice, form balls. Each ball is rolled in flour and placed on a plate. When all the balls are made, carefully put them in the soup. Add the savory and cook for another 15 minutes.
Remove from the heat and finish the soup with beaten eggs with yogurt. To prevent soups from curdling when adding dairy products, such as sour cream, yogurt, or whipping cream, stir into heated soup and then turn the heat to low. Do Not Boil! Boiling will cause the soup to curdle.
After adding the egg and yogurt mixture cook only until heated and stir constantly.
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
