Easy cake/fruitcake (keks)

I love baking and is really good when you get it done just right. This is the last recipe I made, home is a favorite dessert. If you are like me who loves to bake this is a great recipe for you.

Easy Fruitcake is a delicious dessert. It could be served frosted or unfrosted with fruits or nuts, jam or honey. You can have it with ice cream, milk, yogurt, or tea. This is a quick and easy cake recipe that will taste great no matter how it turns out.



Ingredients


4 eggs

300 g of sugar

1/2 cup yogurt

140 ml of oil

300 g flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 sachet of baking powder

1 tsp cocoa


Instructions


1. Beat the eggs with sugar.

2. Baking soda is poured into yogurt, stir and add to the egg mixture together with the oil.

3. The baking powder is mixed with the flour and added to the mixture.

4. Pour the mixture into a cake pan, setting aside a small amount to which the cocoa is added. Then it is also poured into the rest of the mix and gently stirred together.


5. Bake for about 30-40 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
