How to Make It




1️⃣ Sear the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a deep pan over high heat and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.


2️⃣ Sauté the Veggies: In the same pan, melt butter and add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook on medium heat until soft and fragrant.
