Ingredients You’ll Need:
250g digestive biscuits
100g melted butter
350ml heavy cream
500g cream cheese
200g milk chocolate
2 boxes of wafer rolls
Your favorite fruits (berries, kiwi, bananas—whatever you love!)

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Prepare the Base:
Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs (a food processor works great, or a rolling pin and ziplock bag). Mix the crumbs with the melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create an even base. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

2️⃣ Make the Filling:
In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, and combine the two together.
