Ingredients You’ll Need:


250g digestive biscuits


100g melted butter


350ml heavy cream


500g cream cheese


200g milk chocolate


2 boxes of wafer rolls


Your favorite fruits (berries, kiwi, bananas—whatever you love!)

How to Make It:


1️⃣ Prepare the Base:

Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs (a food processor works great, or a rolling pin and ziplock bag). Mix the crumbs with the melted butter until combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create an even base. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the filling.

2️⃣ Make the Filling:

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy, and combine the two together.


3️⃣ Melt the Chocolate:

Gently melt the milk chocolate over a double boiler or in short bursts in the microwave. Allow it to cool slightly, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.


4️⃣ Combine Everything:

Carefully fold half of the whipped cream into the chocolate and cream cheese mixture until well combined and fluffy.


5️⃣ Assemble the Cheesecake:

Layer the two mixtures over the chilled biscuit base and smooth out the top.


6️⃣ Decorate:

Arrange the wafer rolls around the edge of the cheesecake like a beautiful border. Top with your favorite fruits for a fresh, colorful finish.

7️⃣ Chill:
